Domenic has practiced exclusively as a personal injury lawyer since completing his legal education at Osgoode Hall Law School.
Domenic’s practice includes motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability claims, criminal injuries compensation, dog bite liability, slip and falls, and Canadian Pension Plan disability claims. He regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
He is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association in the MPP Advisory Committee. In this role, Domenic advocates for enhanced rights for injured Ontarians in provincial law.
